The Run For The Diamonds is an annual Thanksgiving Day 9-mile road race which takes place in Berwick, Pennsylvania, United States. The race started in 1908 and has only been cancelled two years, 1918 & 1919.
Little ones can explore the alphabet, discover numbers, find shapes, see colors, sing rhymes, learn sign language and Spanish, and enjoy stories! Turkey Hill Brewing Company will be hosting live stream concerts on Thursday and Sunday evenings from 7-8 PM featuring your favorite local musicians! Tune in on their Facebook page. Each stream will feature a link to the GoFundMe for the artist and also to the Susquehanna Community Project to help raise money for local businesses.
Stories, songs, and rhymes for babies and toddlers! Family fun at the library helps kids (ages 1-4) get ready for reading. Ms. Bonnie will engage parents and children in fun activities using the Very Ready Reading Program. This 20-30 minute program is offered at our location on Sawmill Road. A responsible adult must accompany children - siblings welcome!

This provides a great opportunity to observe ducks, geese and other water birds while they stop at lakes and ponds for a time before moving farther south for the winter.
