Intro to 3D Printing

Students will embark on a design journey to create a functional 3D-printed whistle with experts from Mantis 3D printers. This class will give the students a design tutorial through Tinkercad, which will provide them with the necessary CAD skills to create their own projects in the future. The lesson begins with a presentation about sound waves, frequency, and amplitude. Students will then go through a 3D modeling tutorial to design and 3D print a whistle.
