Fair Week Hours (Sat, Sept 20 – Sat, Sept 27): Gates open 7:00 AM → 10:00 PM.

Outdoor vendors 10:00 AM → 10:00 PM; indoor vendors/exhibits open from 9:00 AM.

Preview Day is Sept. 19, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM; some buildings/vendors may be closed.
Day-by-Day Highlights
Friday, Sept. 19 – Preview Day

Arrive in the afternoon (after 2 PM). Since not everything is open, use this time to get a lay of the land. Ride on some of the attractions and check out the vendor areas that are open. Please note that Exhibit Buildings and livestock areas are closed until Saturday’s official first day.

Evening: Anne Wilson concert at the Grandstand (Doors: 5:30 PM; Show: 7:30 PM). Good chance to enjoy a big show without the peak-crowds of later days.
Saturday, Sept. 20

Morning & Early Afternoon: Explore the Keystone Building events — Fair Queen Day & Little Bloomer Contest (10:00 AM), then “From Grape to Glass: Exploring the Winemaking Process” (1:00-2:30), followed by the Grape Stomp.

Throughout day: vendor browsing, rides, food. Outdoor vendors start 10:00 AM.

Evening: Dustin Lynch at the Grandstand (Doors 6 PM, Show 8 PM). Great headliner to kick off the full fair week.
Sunday, Sept. 21

Start with Free Stage entertainment: e.g. Brad Comedy Hypnotist, Into the Spin, Looker throughout the day.

Afternoon: more Keystone Building offerings, Grape Stomp & Heather Olson performing (Patsy Cline Tribute) in the late afternoon & evening.

Evening: Oak Ridge Boys show in the Grandstand (Doors at 12 PM, Show 2 PM) then Jeff Dunham later in the evening (Doors: ~6 PM, Show: 8 PM). Two very different but fun shows!
Monday, Sept. 22 (Senior Day)

Take advantage of special admission opportunities and smaller crowds in the morning hours. All seniors 65+ are admitted to the Fair for FREE!

Continue with free stage acts / vendor browsing / Keystone Building programs like talks or contests. Keystone Ag Schedule

Evening: Cooper Alan at the Grandstand (Doors: 6 PM; Show: 8 PM).
Tuesday, Sept. 23 (Student Day)
- Students Ages 13 – 18 are admitted for FREE. Also, $1 of each $8 general admission purchase is donated to the Ronald McDonald House of Danville.

Good choice for younger visitors: free stage acts, Keystone talks, rides. Less crowded than later in the week.

Bullride Mania in the Grandstand (Doors: 4:30 PM; Show: 6:30 PM) — exciting show if you like motorsports / rodeo-style events.
Wednesday, Sept. 24 (Military Day)
- Free admission to all military past and present with valid ID.

Spend earlier part of day enjoying outdoor vendors, exhibits, and Keystone Building events (including Grape Stomp, etc.)

Evening: Ludacris (with DJ Infamous) performs at the Grandstand (8:00 PM, doors opening at 6:00 PM).
Thursday, Sept. 25

Again, free stage acts in the morning and early afternoon; perfect for a more relaxed day if you don’t want peak crowds.

Evening: Third Eye Blind at the Grandstand (Doors: 6 PM; Show: 8 PM).
Friday, Sept. 26

Midday music & entertainment via the free stage. Great for families or those wanting lighter fare earlier in the day.

Evening: Styx in concert (Doors: 6 PM; Show: 8 PM). If you’re a classic rock fan, this is a big night!
Saturday, Sept. 27 (Final Day)

Morning/afternoon: ideal for seeing anything you missed; visiting favorite vendors, catching last free stage performances.

Grandstand has a Championship Demolition Derby (10:30 AM doors, 12:30 PM show) and in the evening a Big Rig Series Truck & Tractor Pull (Doors 4 PM, Show 6 PM). Great way to end the fair with some spectacle!

Mid-week (Mon-Wed): John Stanky, Nick Ferraro & All Stars, Ole 97, Jesse Garron, Rick K., High Street and others; good mix of newer local acts and established regional favorites.

Final days (Fri, Sept 26 & Sat, Sept 27): Multiple high energy/slightly larger acts like The Uptown Band, Moore Brothers, High Street, Chris Ruble. Some shows late into the day on Saturday.
