Kid foodies and cooking enthusiasts our cooking classes are back! Kids ages 10-16 can join certified Family Consumer Science teacher, Sharon Kerstetter for hands on fun and education in our kitchen. The menu includes fresh strawberry ice cream, homemade chocolate brownies and strawberry freezer jam. Participants will learn how to select fresh, local ingredients and then wash and prepare them for serving. Students will take home a packet of information and recipes to make yummy, homemade food on their own and a pint of freezer jam.
