Join us for a festive, hands-on Winter Agriculture Mini-Camp! Students ages 6 and up will explore the world of winter farming, learn what it takes to grow and care for Christmas trees, and discover how local farms stay busy even in the colder months. We’ll welcome a special guest educator from Rohrbach’s Farm, who will share their expertise and lead a special winter-themed activity.

Campers will also learn about the history and care of poinsettias and create their own to take home. Plus, everyone will get to design and decorate a beautiful holiday wreath. Come learn, create, and celebrate the season—farm style!
