Sound Bath on the Beach

Amy Houseknecht is offering a Sound Bath on the beach at Lake Jean. Come join us to explore how energy waves positively affect the mind and body on a cellular level. Participants will leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Bring a blanket or towel.
