August is Pennsylvania Produce month and the harvest is fresh and plentiful! Our recipes will include peaches, zucchini, tomatoes, potatoes and beef. We will learn about food temperature safety, sourcing and comparing local ingredients, preparing peaches and preparing multiple meals with basic ingredients to save time. Kids will come home with recipes, resource handouts & inspiration to help in the kitchen. We have ten spots available. Reservations are required at $45/ participant. Recommended for ages 12-16.
