The September meeting of the Fishing Creek Watershed Association will focus on Geology!
We are pleased to announce that the September meeting of FCWA will be led by Drs. Chris and Jennifer Whisner of Bloomsburg University, in an outdoor meeting titled “Rocks in their Natural Habitat”. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the geology of our watershed.
We will meet at 6:30 PM (please note earlier meeting time, due to sunset) September 13, 2021, at Fernville Family Park, Railroad St in Bloomsburg. We will be visiting the creek and walking along the Rail-Trail as our speakers will be sharing the stories that rocks can tell us about Fishing Creek and our watershed.
