Kids Summer Workshop: Red, White & Blue Foods

It’s almost the 4th of July and we are going to celebrate with red, white and blue foods!  Join the Nutrition Education Advisor from Penn State Extension for a hands on and delicious workshop!  During this workshop, we will discuss fresh food sourcing, food safety preparation and enjoy making (and tasting) some delicious kid friendly, grown up approved, summer treats!  Ideal for ages 3-10, adult supervision required. Everyone welcome.  $1 per child, no registration necessary. Bring along your lunch or stop by our deli or Big Dan’s BBQ and enjoy our outdoor picnic tables and children’s garden!
