Kid foodies and cooking enthusiasts our cooking classes are back! Kids ages 10-16 can join certified Family Consumer Science teacher, Sharon Kerstetter for hands on fun and education in our kitchen. The menu includes homemade meatballs, French bread and peach cobbler. This class is designed to introduce kids to selecting fresh, local ingredients, and identifying benefits of farm raised beef and fruit. Sharon will also demonstrate how to make homemade tomato sauce. Students will take home a packet of information and recipes to make yummy, homemade food on their own.
