25th Auction & Evening of the Arts

Come join us in a terrific fundraising event! This year we are excited to be utilizing our new Arts and Athletics Center for our Auction & Evening of the Arts.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds to complete projects inside, and outside of our brand new Arts & Athletics Center. It is also to display the culmination of art projects created by our students, and also some featured to sell. Monies raised from the Auction will go towards our schools bigger projects. All Art sales go to the art department so they can continue to expand skills, and brighten the future of our CCCS students.

Both events are held simultaneously. Doors open at 3:30, May 6th in the Main School building, and Arts & Athletics Center. In the main School, please take a moment to admire, and then purchase student art. In the cafeteria, browse through our flower, herb, and veggie selection for your gardens! Then head on over to the A&A center to keep tabs, and bid on silent auction items! Values of silent auction items are typically up to $150. Some of the items that and make up silent auction are gift cards, jewelry, paintings, purses, and more. Large items will be on display at that time for our live auction segment as well. Live auction begins at 6:15, and will continue until the last item is sold. Those items have a value of $150 up to $1200+ and above. Live auction will feature vacations, weaving looms, backyard items, family fun nights, dad baskets, mom baskets, student projects, CCCS Championship signed basketballs, and so much more.

Please Note: silent auction items can be picked up at the conclusion of the live auction.

Food will be available for purchase from our concessions stand in the A&A Center, hosted by our 10th grade class!

Cash, Check, or Credit Card ($50 minimum) accepted.
