Covered Bridge & Arts Festival Food Pre-Qualification

The Columbia-Montour Visitors Bureau’s 41st Annual Covered Bridge & Arts Festival will be held at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds (Bloomsburg, PA) from October 5th – 8th, 2023.

The event will be held rain or shine. All food spaces are outside, so please be prepared for variable weather conditions. The Covered Bridge & Arts Festival runs Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 AM – 6 PM and Sunday from 10 AM – 5 PM. The vendor of record must attend all four days. You must have a current PA sales tax license and ServSafe certification to participate.

Applicants MUST provide a valid email address and cell phone number. Communication on festival details will be made via email. On-site notices will be made by text.
