The perfect way to finish the summer!
A day of ultimate self-care! This is a FREE workshop-style day of fun, relaxing, and educational activities to learn how the 8 Limbs of Yoga can be integrated into our daily lives for overall wellbeing and happiness, all while connecting with nature. This is a day to come together, say goodbye to the things that no longer serve us, and say hello to new beginnings. Just bring a mat!
I will introduce yogic techniques such as breathing exercises, meditations, and physical body positions throughout the day. Activities will focus on concepts that stimulate the flow of healthy energies in our bodies and creating positive, long-lasting change in our lives.
All sizes, ages, and abilities are welcome! Students are encouraged to bring props (to help support them in poses). More information about getting started with yoga can be found here. Light refreshments will be available. Please be prepared for the summer activities in the sun (skin protection and proper hydration)! More details about children’s activities will be available soon. Watch for updates!
