43rd Annual Golf Tournament-First Columbia Bank Invitational

Area golfers are invited to play at Frosty Valley Country Club in Danville Friday, Sept. 10, for the 43rd Annual Golf Tournament-First Columbia Bank Invitational to support Columbia-Montour Boy Scout Council.

“Proceeds from the tournament help Columbia-Montour Council to continue programs that develop youth in our area into the future leaders of our communities,” said Dr. William Gibson of Danville, golf tournament chairman. “Support is critical to enable the Council to maintain its quality programming for our young people.

“Our thanks go to First Columbia Bank and our other sponsors for their commitment to this year’s tournament.”

The event begins with registration at 10 a.m. at Frosty Valley Country Club. Play will get under way with a shotgun start at 11:30 a.m. A $100 per golfer entry fee covers fees, golf cart and dinner. The tournament will feature special prizes and contests throughout the day.
